Bali Jungle

Jungle imagery printed using the split fountain and the overlaying techniques, inspired by experiences of travel and immersion in an unfamiliar, saturated, vibrant landscape.

The work explores ideas of exoticism, displacement, and the search for elsewhere, questioning the images and expectations we project onto distant places.
Exoticism is no longer on the other side of the world, but in the gap between imagination and matter.
