TRAVEL JOURNALS & ZINES

Travel Journals are artist books created from papers collected during travels (maps, printed ephemera, and everyday fragments) then assembled and developed in the studio. Shaped by sensations and impressions gathered along the way, they combine collage, drawing, painting, screen printing, and text.

Rather than functioning as traditional travel sketchbooks, they seek to evoke the memory of a place through a deeply subjective and imaginative lens. Each journal takes on a free form and develops its own visual language through a unique graphic constraint—whether a particular technique, colour palette, material, or printing process. As a result, every journal becomes a one-of-a-kind piece: a sensitive cartography of a lived territory.

My zines are self-published printed works that bring together drawings, collages, texts, photographs, and graphic experiments. Not necessarily linked to a specific place, each zine develops its own format, rhythm, and visual language. Produced in small editions, they are both artworks and printed archives, capturing fragments of research, imagination, and lived experience.
